CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all changes and cancellations to bookings.
Missed Appointment:
If you do not attend an appointment, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged if we cannot use the appointment for another client.
Changed Appointment:
If you need to re-arrange your appointment, please make sure we have more than 24 hours’ notice, as the late cancellation fee of 50% will apply if we cannot use the appointment for another patient.
Notice given outside of usual office opening hours (including evenings and weekends) that will not enable us to offer your appointment onwards with at least 24 hours notice will also incur a fee of 50%.
Cancellation / Refunds:
Appointments may be cancelled for a full refund, provided that at least 24 hours notice is given.
